Elissa is our Practice Manager and is responsible for all of Pearson Emerson’s human resources, communications, marketing, technology, staff development, training and general operations of the firm.

Joining Pearson Emerson in 2012, Elissa was first a Personal Assistant and Paralegal and then later our Case and Knowledge Manager. Elissa has  a wealth of knowledge and experience across all aspects of the firm.

Elissa is a member of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) and the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
