Elissa is our Case and Knowledge Manager.
As Case Manager, Elissa is responsible for initial communications with each prospective new client seeking our assistance and managing our lawyers’ diaries. Prior to becoming our Case Manager, Elissa was a legal secretary and paralegal and has been with our firm since 2012.
Elissa understands that it can be an emotional and overwhelming step to contact a family law firm for the first time. Elissa will explain and guide you through our intake procedure to obtain relevant details of your situation. She will then arrange a convenient time for you to meet with one of our lawyers and assist you in preparing for the consultation so as to best utilise your time in the meeting.
We recommend that the first consultation be face-to-face, however, in circumstances where that is not possible, Elissa can arrange for a teleconference or a videoconference.
