Stephanie was admitted as a Solicitor in 2010 and has practiced exclusively in family law since 2009. Stephanie is collaboratively trained and has worked in family law firms in Brisbane, Toowoomba and London before joining Pearson Emerson in July 2021.

Doyles Guide has recognised Stephanie as a Rising Star in Family Law in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2023 and a Recommended Parenting and Children’s Matters Lawyers in 2020 and 2021.

Stephanie adopts a flexible approach to ensure that her clients obtain the best possible outcome to suit their individual circumstances. Stephanie provides her clients with down to earth advice so that they can consider both the legal and real world outcomes. Stephanie focuses on assisting clients to resolve their matter in a timely and cost-efficient manner but when required, she is an experienced litigator.  

Stephanie has practiced in all areas of family law but has a particular interest in relocation matters, child support and complex property matters, particularly farming matters.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Justice (Critical Criminology) from the Queensland University of Technology. Stephanie was previously a Board Member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland (FLPA) and Secretary of the Toowoomba Children’s Contact Centre.
