Our Family Lawyers
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University, graduating with First Class Honours in Law. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Since 2020, Samantha has worked exclusively in family law. She has worked as an Associate to a Judge in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia before joining Pearson Emerson Family Lawyers.
Samantha’s experience in both private practice and at the Court means she has a clear understanding of how family law matters unfold at each stage of the process from negotiation through to contested litigation. It has also shaped her measured and empathetic approach to guiding clients towards resolution. Samantha recognises that separation is never just a legal process and works with care to help clients rebuild and move forward.
Outside her practice, Samantha volunteers at the Marrickville Legal Centre.
