Our Family Lawyers
Suchara has worked exclusively in family law since 2021. Prior to joining Pearson Emerson Family Lawyers, she worked as a Legal Associate to a Justice at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and then as a solicitor in both Canberra and Sydney. Suchara has extensive experience in complex parenting and property matters, including those with an international element and matters involving application by a parent to relocate.
Suchara is committed to guiding her clients through the legal process with empathy and clarity. She provides practical, plain-language advice and focuses on resolving matters efficiently, whilst working with clients to achieve outcomes that prioritise what is most important to them.
Suchara holds degrees in Laws (Honours) and Asian Studies and from the Australian National University. She was admitted as a solicitor in the ACT and is on the High Court roll of practitioners. She regularly volunteers at Marrickville Legal Centre.
