Tineka Winter

Tineka is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who has worked exclusively in family law since 2016.

Tineka works from our Melbourne office, and travels regularly to Sydney.

Tineka holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction).  After graduating university, Tineka worked for a commercial firm in London before returning to Australia.

Prior to commencing practice as a solicitor, Tineka spent two years working as an Associate to a Judge in what is now the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

The end of a significant relationship often comes with significant stressors from a variety of sources.  Tineka is motivated to support clients through what is often the most challenging time of their lives by providing practical advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Tineka works with clients who have complex financial circumstances and others navigating high conflict parenting disputes.  Her focus is to work with clients to reach a resolution where it is appropriate and safe to do so and, otherwise, support clients through litigation where necessary.

Tineka also assists clients with strategies for asset protection both prior to and during de facto relationships and marriages.
