Angela Hayes

Angela is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and has worked exclusively in family law since 2016.

Doyles Guide to the Australian Legal Market has recognised Angela as a Rising Star in Family Law in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and as a recommended lawyer in the Leading Parenting, Custody & Children’s Matters Lawyers in 2024 and again in 2025.

Angela practices in all areas of family law including divorce, complex property settlements, child support, spousal maintenance and a wide array of parenting disputes.

Angela has a passion for, and significant experience in, trial work in both complex financial and parenting matters. This experience has allowed Angela to identify how best to take a strategic approach and provide her clients with clear advice regarding their options and expected outcomes. 

Angela understands the emotional stress and turmoil that arises from the breakdown of relationships and the family unit. She endeavours to assist clients in reaching an outcome that is rewarding, timely and cost effective.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
