Having worked exclusively in family law throughout her career, across both commercial and boutique practices, Viktoria has a well-rounded depth of experience and a genuine commitment to the people she represents.
Viktoria holds experience across a broad range of family law matters, including complex financial disputes and parenting arrangements. She is thorough and considered in her approach, and takes care to understand the full picture of a client's circumstance.
Family law is, at its core, deeply personal, and Viktoria understands this well. She is attuned to the fact that clients are often dealing with significant personal upheaval alongside the legal process. She works to give practical, realistic advice while remaining genuinely responsive to what each client actually needs.
Based in our Melbourne office, Viktoria regularly travels to Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Relations, and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
